The Short Version
We're not in the data business. We make apps. Your information is yours.
What We Collect
By default, our apps don't phone home. No analytics, no tracking pixels. If a feature requires sending data somewhere (like cloud sync or AI), we'll tell you exactly what's being sent and why — and you can opt out.
Your Data
Data you create lives on your device. If you use iCloud sync, it goes through Apple's servers ( and other such services, their privacy policy applies). If you use AI features with your own API key, that's between you and the AI provider.
Crash Reports
We might add opt-in crash reporting in the future. Key word: opt-in. If we do, we'll be clear about what's collected and you can say no.
Changes
If we change our privacy practices, we'll update this page. No sneaky edits — we'll tell you in the app.
Terms of Service
Agreement
By downloading or using any Electrosculptor app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own for the platforms you purchase it for. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our apps.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to make reliable software, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Electrosculptor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our apps.
